Bloomin' Flowers is something of a shopping secret in Albany. We are not on the main street and we're generally pretty modest, but we just keep delivering and building our loyal following. We thought long and hard about what our customers want: prompt, friendly service, creative flair,and value for money. We take great care over how bouquets are presented, and because we grow many of the blooms ourselves our customers can be assured that the flowers are fresher and will last longer when they get home.

Our flowers come boxed up and safely stored for travel, completed with all professional finishes. To extend the life of you fresh flowers we encourage you to follow the care instruction provided with your blooms.

Please review the following terms and conditions before placing your order, by processing and placing an order with "bloomin flowers" you are acknowledging that you are agreeing to and understand all our terms and conditions of ordering.


Delivery Services :

 Please be aware that deliveries are not included in general pricing and are an extra service. Deliveries are available in-house in our floral delivery vans, or we may use reliable floral couriers who will guarantee safe and prompt delivery of our flowers and gifts.

Delivery times for bloomin’ flowers are between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday. Where am and pm delivery times are specified, we will do our best to arrange the delivery within this time frame; “Bloomin flowers” cannot give you a 100% guarantee due to areas outside our control. If you do require a time specific delivery please contact us prior to ordering your flowers to see whether we can assist you.


Substitutions :

All flower arrangements and bouquet designs, accessories, giftware and containers are subject to “bloomin flowers” substitution policy.

All flowers, foliages and all accessories are subject to substitution; as a result but not limited to; unavailability, quality control, seasonal variation and shipment and freight. Bloomin flowers will not be held responsible and reserves the right to use “its” discretion to substitute of similar variety, type, look, colour and value under such circumstances.
All due effort will be made to notify you within appropriate amount of time to any alternation and or substitutions to part and or all of your order; when and if major substitution of ordered products is to occur Bloomin flowers will notify you as soon as able and if required to adjust and or change the order details to suits your needs and budget.

Payment :

Full payment of your order must be processed prior to the date of the order or prior to the shipment of order address. Please note that your order will be cancelled if full payment is not made.

Refunds :

At bloomin’ flowers we endeavour to use the freshest and best quality flowers for every order. However if a customer isn’t completely satisfied with their flowers, they need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving their flowers. With the return of the original flowers, we will discuss the options that bests suit them, whether it’s a replacement of the flowers or a cash refund.  Customer feedback is very important to us and if there is a problem we’d love to hear about it so we can resolve it as soon as possible.


“bloomin flowers” reserves the right to refuse refunds if in the events of but not limited to; complaint notice more than 48 hours from date of order , the items have been damaged after purchasing due to mishandling from the recipient/customer, customer simply changed their mind, request due to substitution of similar product.

In store refunds:

refunds for in store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased, or by EFTPOS which the customer must be present ora store voucher may be given when required.

Online orders:

refunds for online purchases will be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased.

Cash purchases:

a cash refund for the same amount paid will be issues for all cash purchases

Telephone orders:

all refunds for orders placed over the telephone will be credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. 

Cancelled delivery :

Please note that we are unable to give refunds less then 2 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery time as the order may have already been sent for delivery. Please contact us immediately and we will try our best to arrange a cancellation for you.

Cancellation :

For full order cancelation
We require notice of at least four 48 hous prior to the date of the order; in order to cancel the orders placed with our floral and craft suppliers. We need time to cancel excess quantities ordered and our suppliers need time to reallocate and or on sell that ordered stock elsewhere.

Cancellations received within less than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date may incur a fee depending on the circumstances. Cancellations received with more than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur no fee and full refund.  Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders that have already left and are with our courier awaiting delivery, address details can be changed.


Specialty  orders of flowers, foliage’s and or accessories:

All special orders which we have been purposefully ordered to meet your specific requirements, including but not limited to all fresh materials, all silk and artificial materials, all containers and vases and all floristry sundries; will be the customers own responsibly to provide full payment for these particulars.  Bloomin flowers will not be responsible to provide you with a refund for these particulars if unable to cancel the order with our suppliers.  Part payment and or deposits for special order may apply – please refer to staff, conditions will vary depending on order type and requirements.
